Using an “adult” hoop that is larger and heavier than the toy store hoops that most are familiar with, hoopdance is a fun and creative way to build your core strength, boost your cardiovascular endurance, and sculpt your thighs, buttocks and arms. The benefits don’t stop there – hoopdance also quiets the mind, boosts your self-confidence, and gives you an avenue for creative self-expression.
