Flowlab Mini Hoops are ideal for poi-style hooping as well as mind-bending isolation hooping.

Mini hoops come as a matching pair and are made from the same springy 1/2 inch tubing as our Performance Hoops. Choose from a one-mirror & one-gaffer style for $45 a pair, or $55 for minis taped in solid mirror tape with a 1/2″ gaffer inner grip tape.

Mini hoops can be made from 18 to 26 inches in diameter, keeping in mind that the smaller the minis, the easier it will be to perform inside-arm moves such as the “Buzzsaw”. On the other hand, larger minis can make it easier to master moves like the 3-beat weave because of their larger and therefore slower rotation.
