Flowlab Standard Hoops are made from 3/4 inch tubing and are the ideal choice for most beginner hoopers looking to purchase their first hoop.

Shiny decorative tapes will catch everybody’s eye while grippy cloth tapes ensure success by helping the hoop “stick” to your body.

Hoops come in sizes 38″, 40″, 42″ and 44″. Keep in mind that the larger the hoop, the easier it is to learn how to hoop with, because of its slower rotation and increased momentum.
