Level II & III

Tonight we focused on creating combos with the tricks already in our repertoires. Here’s the variations we were playing around with:

  • Lift from the shoulders – helicopter – knee breaks – horizontal rising suns
  • Knee breaks – reverse step through – vortex – hand to hand passing
  • Sustained stalling – the “oh yeah!”* – stir the pot – windmill
  • Vertical chest hooping – jump through – barrel roll – weave

*don’t know what the “oh yeah!” is? Guess you’ll have to come to class to find out. 😉
