Your information will not be shared with or sold to any third party. Flowlab values your privacy and is grateful for your support.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

Flowlab offers a 1 year quality guarantee on your new hoop. If you have any structural issues with your hoop within one year of the purchase date, we will be happy to repair it for you free of charge. This applies only to structural elements of the hoop such as connectors and does not include regular wear and tear of decorative or grip tapes, or damage caused by misuse of the product.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped “Expedited” with Canada Post.  You will be provided with a tracking number by email once your package has shipped.  Please note that we can only ship travel hoops, mini hoops, and polypro hoops.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. All hoops are guaranteed free of defects upon arrival.  If your hoop arrives free of defect and with all orders of the detail accurate, then it is a final sale. If you have any concerns regarding your order, or if your hoop arrives damaged, please send us an email.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

All electronic payments are processed through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase. If you have a valid credit card, you can complete your purchase without creating a Paypal account. Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information.
